Daniel Radcliffe: This world and it all is just amazing and wonderful, and pure and suddenly that’s totally 1)disintegrated.
David Yates (Director): What we need is a way to find out how to beat Voldemort.
(In the film)
Dumbledore: The place to which we journey tonight is extremely dangerous…Take my arm. This place has known magic, very dark, very powerful. But this time, I cannot hope to destroy it alone.
Daniel: Dumbledore takes Harry on this mission with him. They have to get this teacher, Slughorn, to come back to Hogwarts because he possesses a memory. It’s the final clue as to how to kill Voldemort.
Jim Broadbent (Prof. Horace Slughorn): There’s a dark secret in his past and he’s reluctant to talk about it, but that’s where Harry comes in. Harry Potter is the big bait for him, a star who he can add to his 2)mantelpiece.
Daniel: And so we get Slughorn back and then Harry has to try and get Slughorn to 3)divulge the true memory.
Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy): If Potter was the chosen one for the good guys, then I suppose Draco’s the chosen one for the bad.
Daniel: Harry has got his 4)suspicions and is sort of stalking Malfoy to try and actually find out what’s happening. He does look a bit sneaky, doesn’t he? I think we can all agree that Malfoy looks a suspicious character.

Yates: The Half-Blood Prince has got some pretty scary stuff going on, but it’s got some great comedy in it too.
Daniel: It’s a journey of romance, and that’s very, very tame. I was really looking forward to Ron kissing Lavender Brown. I took a fair bit of stick when I kissed Katie in the last film, so it’s time for revenge this time round. Even though you’ve got the thing with Ron and Lavender going on, it’s becoming more and more obvious that Ron and Hermione both have feelings for each other.
Emma Watson: Hermione doesn’t realize what it is that she’s feeling, but it’s probably just insane jealousy.
(In the film)
Ron: These girls...They’re gonna kill me, Harry.
Emma: And then there’s Harry and Ginny. Harry’s torn because he realizes he can’t see his best friend’s sister.That’s just like a rule, isn’t it? Big No-no.
Daniel: Her brother is his best mate, so he doesn’t want to 5)jeopardize that, but at the same time he really, really wants to get Ginny, so it’s a bit of a 6)dilemma.

Dumbledore: Oh to be young and to feel love’s keen sting.
Emma: Audiences will love this one because I think everyone can relate. Really captures teenage relationships.

The Cast 优秀的演员
David Heyman (Producer): We’ve been so lucky over the years with the 7)caliber, the quality, the depth of our acting talent that we’ve been able to draw upon. Michael Gambon (Dumbledore) is a master actor and it’s great for Dan to see the master at work, and the two of them get along very well.

Prof. McGonagall: Why is it when something happens, it is always you three?
Yates: Maggie Smith is just glorious, you know, she’s a legend. When Maggie walks on the floor you suddenly realize you’re dealing with someone that’s very special and very 8)iconic.

Prof. McGonagall: Potter, take Weasley with you. He looks far too happy over there.
Yates: And she plays at a level that many other actors can just dream of being at. Jim Broadbent gives a very 9)heart-rendering performance that feels very 10)anchored in a reality, but also quite playful and quite funny.

Prof. Slughorn: And what about you, Ms. Granger, what exactly does your family do in the Muggle world?
Hermione: My parents are dentists.
Prof. Slughorn: And is that considered a dangerous profession?
Yates: He is really drawn to that kind of 11)compelling side of the English character of who’s-the-important-person-in-the-room, I really-need-to-talk-to-them-and-I-can-ignore-everybody-else.
Emma: What makes this film different is it’s very real. I’m really excited about it.
Daniel: The films are growing and getting better and I do think this film should be the best yet.
